If you’re not happy with a product because it is damaged or faulty, you can return it to us within 7 days of dispatch, at your own cost.
As long as the item is returned in its original packaging and hasn’t been consumed beyond what’s reasonable to check its quality, we will refund the full purchase price including postage, or offer an exchange.
If the product is returned damaged, without original packaging, or consumed beyond what’s necessary to assess it, we may deduct an amount to reflect the loss in value.
We’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds for items that are simply unwanted or unsuitable.
Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you an email with an estimated delivery timeframe. These are estimates only, and occasionally deliveries may fall outside these windows.
We will deliver your order to the address you provide at checkout. For high‑value orders, we may cancel the order if the billing and delivery addresses do not match.
Damages & Tracking Parcels
If your products arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours. If your order is delivered by courier, please check it before signing for it where possible.
If your order hasn’t arrived, please check your tracking information first. If we consider the parcel lost after a reasonable period, we will either resend it or issue a refund.
If a parcel is returned to us because it wasn’t collected or delivery wasn’t rearranged after a failed attempt, we will need to charge additional postage to resend it.
